The AML Office offers a systematic, targeted and disciplined approach to providing specialist governance and compliance-related services to support Luxembourg Professionals, including IFs and IF Managers, in meeting their AML/CFT legal and regulatory obligations. We do this by establishing and coordinating a regulatory compliance oversight framework.
OUR TEAM HAS EXPERIENCE IN ACTING AS THE:

- Conducting officer within Luxembourg Management Companies
- Regulatory compliance officer for international financial services firms
- Head of enterprise risk management for a global financial, fiduciary and investment services group
- MLRO/AMLCO to Irish and Luxembourg IFs and fund services firms
- Managing Director of an EU regulated IF administration services provider
